The Nashville-native died on Sunday, Fox News Digital confirmed.

“Isabelle was full of fire, a fighter, never once making excuses for the fact that she might have a disability relative to others,” her obituary said. “She was also quite musically inclined, often spending hours writing and recording songs with friends and even publishing a few.”

Her obituary added: “What she loved the most though was spending time with family and friends, always the life of the party. Her sister was her best friend and her mom was her shining beacon of light.”

She appeared in the premiere of “Nashville: 9-1-1” earlier this month alongside LeAnn Rimes and Chris O’Donnell. Fox News Digital has learned that there will be an in-memoriam end card in next week’s episode of “9-1-1 Nashville.”

“Isabelle ‘Izzy’ Tate had a rare form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. She passed away peacefully on the 19th of October,” her agent told Fox News Digital in a statement. “The family requests privacy as they deal with this sudden and shocking loss.”

Tate was in a wheelchair due to a rare neuromuscular disease, which she opened up about on her Instagram in 2022.

“When I was 13, I got diagnosed with a progressive neuromuscular disease that weakens my leg muscles over time. When I was first diagnosed, I couldn’t fully understand what it was or grasp what it could be,” she wrote at the time.

She said, “recently, it’s really progressed and I’ve come to terms that if I want to live my life to the fullest I need to use a wheelchair at time.”

Tate continued, “This has been a difficult journey for me because having to accept help and surrender to the progression of this condition has been extremely hard. While I was trying to come to terms with this, I really did find that I lost myself in certain ways. I hated that it was not only breaking me down physically, but I was allowing it to also break down my spirit.”

But she added that while she doesn’t know “why these were the cards I was dealt in life … I can’t change it so I’m choosing to embrace it and not let it define me.”

She is survived by her mother, stepfather, father and sister.

“Growing up in an industry like this, you learn to become the puppet and stand there and do what you’re told,” Ortega said in her speech, per InStyle. “He always took everything I said with the utmost importance and respect and care.”

The “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” star previously spoke about her career as a child actress, telling The New York Times in August 2024 that “child acting is strange,” and she could understand why her “parents felt so hesitant about it.”

She went on to explain that she believes she would have been a different person had she never started acting, adding, “Children aren’t supposed to be working like that. They are supposed to be climbing trees and drawing and going to school.

“When I first started auditioning, we’d spend hours in these casting offices, and we met so many strange and intense personalities. It could be stage parents, it could be producers that really made me fearful of other people for a while, and I think that’s when I started to become more introverted,” the “Scream” star said.

“It was such a joy to be able to get back in the car at the end of the day and do my homework, because I was still going to public school at the time, and listen to my mom talk and catch up with my siblings at home.”

Johnson’s love for the naked dress dates back to 2021, when she arrived at the Venice Film Festival in a custom sheer Gucci gown dripping with jewels and silver fringe. She then made waves when she wore a sheer black gown with spider web designs at the 2024 premiere of “Madame Web.”

“Sometimes those dresses look good on me. But there are also some we’ve tried on that didn’t look good at all. It depends on the shape, the finish, the color and everything else. So, if I find a beautiful dress that I feel comfortable in, of course I want to wear it. And it’s fun to wear a sexy dress.”

The “Fifty Shades of Grey” star’s daring style has gotten her in trouble a few times. Most recently, Johnson wore a black minidress with a plunging neckline while on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” a choice she instantly regretted.

“Oh God,” Johnson said, when she realized the dress showed more than she bargained for when she sat down. “This is the wrong outfit.”

“Creating a healthy partnership … there’s ebbs and flows in marriage. There’s ups and downs,” she said. “Everyone starts out like, ‘Oh, this is going to be perfect, we’re going to be a happy little family’ … a lot of real life comes into play.”

The HGTV star said therapy plays an important role in their relationship — not as a last resort, but as a way to deepen understanding and connection.

Despite their differences, Heather said she and Tarek are committed to growing — together and individually.

“In the end, we’re two completely different people just trying to grow together, grow individually, raise happy, healthy little humans and be the best versions of ourselves.”

So, we’re together a lot, but we’re also, throughout the day we’re kinda passing each other and doing our own thing.”

“I’ve got some freckles and a little tan, since I love the sunshine,” she shared.

“Everybody wishes they could do magic. Everybody, you know, likes the fantasy element of it. Plus, it was really well done. So I think because it was well-written and well-acted and well directed, it’s held up surprisingly well over the years.”

The actress said she’s always thought of her co-stars as family.

As for the cause of the aneurysm, Kim said, “[The doctors] were like, ‘Just stress.’ “

According to the Mayo Clinic, a brain aneurysm is “a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain. If the brain aneurysm leaks or ruptures, it causes bleeding in the brain, known as a hemorrhagic stroke.”

While brain aneurysms are common, most “aren’t serious, especially if they’re small. Most brain aneurysms don’t rupture.”

After sharing the news, an emotional Kim was seen discussing her divorce from ex Kanye “Ye” West.

“As a child, I was obsessed with movies,” she told Vogue. “I was the kid who watched the same thing over and over again for a year. Johnson’s parents, however, didn’t allow her to act as a child until she graduated from high school, with the exception of a small role with her mother in the 1999 film “Crazy in Alabama.”

Griffith, who is best known for 1988’s “Working Girl,” married Don Johnson, of “Miami Vice” fame in 1976, which lasted six months. They married a second time in 1989, shortly before Dakota was born, and divorced in 1996.

“You wanted a congratulatory washer and dryer,” Shepard quipped.

“I was like, ‘Why? Where’s my… Why do [these actors] get these treats for shows and stuff?’ And I said, ‘treats!’”

Shepard laughed and said, “Actor treats.”

“Actor treats,” Aniston agreed, nodding to the industry tradition of over-the-top gifts for talent. “These elaborate, very expensive gifts,” she explained. “And [Littlefield] was like, ‘Well, what do you want?’ And I was like, ‘Really?’ And he’s like, ‘Yeah.’ And I couldn’t think of anything. I was like, ‘I need a washer and a dryer.’”

The podcast host asked, “Did he deliver?” and Aniston confirmed that the NBC executive did at the time.

Last year, Aniston admitted that she’s glad the show was filmed when it was, because the cast didn’t have to deal with any criticism on social media.

“It was in the ’90s and 2000s, and we had a luxury of there not being social media or the internet, so we were so isolated and protected,” she explained in a conversation with Variety.

She continued, “You weren’t faced with what people are commenting and ripping you apart or whatever. It was really an innocent time, where we could roam about the world a lot easier.”

“But again, there weren’t phones. It’s not like hundreds of screens telling you what it is.”

The star also spoke about the 30th anniversary of “Friends” – the first episode aired in September 1994.

“It’s so strange to even think that it’s 30 years old,” she said. “Because I remember the day that it was going to premiere on television, on NBC: Matthew Perry and I were having lunch somewhere, and we knew Lisa was getting her hair colored. So we ran into the hair salon, and I snuck up – she was in the sink – and I took the nozzle from the guy that was supposed to be doing it and just started washing her hair. It definitely flew out of control, and that was unfortunate. But the excitement we had, it feels like yesterday.”

In a candid conversation with Howard Stern, the “Zoolander” star reflected on his complex childhood as the son of beloved comedy legends Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara.

While his upbringing gave him an inside view of show business, it also offered a glimpse at the toll fame can take behind closed doors.

“Growing up around it — and we talk [in the movie] about all those things I saw with my parents — you actually, as a kid, see the dark underside of it. The stress. The effect it has on relationships,” Stiller told Stern, referring to his upcoming documentary, “Stiller & Meara: Nothing Is Lost.”

“You see that up close as a kid, and you still want to go into it.”

Stiller, 59, explained that while his parents’ success opened doors, it also gave him an unfiltered look at the highs and lows of Hollywood life.

His new documentary explores his parents’ partnership — both professional and personal — and how their relationship helped define his own sense of humor and ambition.

Despite seeing the struggles that come with fame, Stiller said he never doubted his calling.

“If you have the passion, you do it,” he shared.

The actor and filmmaker, known for hit movies like “Meet the Parents” and “Tropic Thunder,” admitted that revisiting his parents’ journey through the lens of the documentary taught him as much about himself as it did about them.

Stiller made his comments after he revealed the “worst decision” he ever made was cutting his daughter, Ella, out of his 2013 film “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,” which he both directed and starred in.

“I cut you out of ‘Secret Life of Walter Mitty.’ It’s probably the worst decision I ever made in my life,” the 59-year-old told his daughter, 23, according to People magazine.

Ella Stiller admitted the decision made sense creatively, saying the scene where she was meant to play Mitty’s daughter “didn’t really make sense in the movie.”

But for Stiller, the choice carried more weight.

“For me, it kind of goes deeper,” he explained. “What it relates to is my own issues with my own obsessions with my work, or perfectionism.”

His documentary, “Stiller & Meara: Nothing Is Lost,” focuses on his parents, a mid-century comedy duo who later became sitcom regulars on “Seinfeld,” “Sex and the City” and “The King of Queens.”

In a recent interview with AARP, the 79-year-old actor discussed feeling like Hollywood had abandoned him, noting that “for almost a decade, I couldn’t find work.”

“Nobody wanted me after ‘Cop Land.’ Even my agents,” he told the outlet. “I was fired from CAA. My personal manager at the time let me go. He said, ‘I can’t do anything for you. Nobody really wants you anymore.’ And I go, ‘How’d this happen?’ I was told these studios feel as though you’re not what you were.”

He recalled going to his former agent who was in charge of Universal Studios at the time and telling him, “Please, I’ll take anything,” and hearing, “I’ll try to help you, but it’s not up to me” in response.

Despite being told his “time has passed” and that his “genre is over,” Stallone didn’t give up. “I wanted to go back to ‘Rocky,'” Stallone recalled, calling it his “safe place.”

“But there I am, 60 years old, and the previous one, ‘Rocky V,’ was an abject failure. So, the original producers didn’t want to do the sixth film, ‘Rocky Balboa,'” he said. “They said, basically, ‘Over our dead bodies.’ Even my wife was going, ‘I don’t know if it’s such a good idea.'”

A chance encounter with a film producer while on vacation in Mexico led to the making of the successful fifth film in the Rocky franchise, which put Stallone back on the map. He went on to write and star in two more “Rambo” films, “The Expendables” franchise and reprised the role of Rocky Balboa in the “Creed” films.

The first Rocky film helped launch his film career and earned him Oscar nominations for best original screenplay and best actor. When speaking about one of his more iconic characters, Rambo, Stallone said he can identify with him due to his difficult childhood.

“I feel closer to Rambo than Rocky in many ways because he’s a scorned child,” he explained. “He’s rejected by America, his parent. ‘I did everything you wanted me to do, but I wasn’t good enough. And I came back, and you want to bury me.’ So, I would fill Rambo with over-the-top violence.”

He has previously spoken about his violent childhood, saying in his 2023 Netflix documentary, “Sly,” that he “was raised by a very physical father” and that he “was no stranger to serious pain.” He went on to explain that, through his many experiences, his mindset “just became, ‘I’m not gonna break.’”

During his interview with AARP, Stallone bluntly shared, “My mother didn’t want me,” calling her “a narcissist with a borderline personality disorder” who hated affection and never gave any.

“She never hugged me, my brother — forget a kiss,” he said. “My father certainly was not prepared to be a father. They really didn’t want children, and they had them and thought, ‘So how do we get rid of them?’”

Stallone also discussed his complicated relationship with his parents during an episode of Sean Hannity’s Fox Nation series, “Sean.”

“Today, people would have been arrested, but in one part. .. I have the ability to channel that,” Stallone said. “And that’s why I think I’m successful because I understand rejection. I understand hardship, I understand fear and if my father couldn’t break me, nobody was going to break me. … I know what it’s like to live on the dark side.”

The “Samaritan” star described himself as “disruptive” but found a passion for art and later “got into acting by accident.” Despite the stage being somewhere he felt comfortable, getting casting directors to hire him proved to be difficult.

Stallone came to the conclusion that “acting is 97% guaranteed unemployment” and came to the realization that he “was never going to make it as an actor,” unless he was content just playing “the second goon.” It was at this point that he “decided to learn about writing.”

“I was terrible. I mean, I still, today, don’t know what a pronoun is. I’m just still working on a verb. It’s an action word, right? Because it doesn’t matter in screenwriting,” he told AARP. “When you’re writing dialogue, the way you speak is as personal as your fingerprints. I just had that ear. So, my point is, I knew I was going to be a thug, and then an older thug and then an unemployable thug. But maybe, instead, I could write a story about a thug who is not a thug. He’s really quite a broken man, kind, and just realizes he’s a failure.”

When speaking about the enduring success of the Rocky franchise, Stallone told Fox News Digital in December 2023 he believes the film resonates because everyone can relate to it.

“There are certain conundrums, issues, problems, journeys, challenges that everybody from every country, every culture has to face,” he said. “And they may be somewhat different, but they usually deal with the same kind of — ‘I just want to achieve something. I want people to be proud of me. I want to raise a family. I want to support my daughter.’ It’s this kind of fear or [thinking] I’m really nobody inside. People look at me, but, on the inside, I feel weak and shallow. That’s what the character was.”

The actor currently stars in the Paramount + series, “Tulsa King,” and also appears in the reality show, “The Family Stallone,” alongside his wife, Jennifer Flavin, and his daughters, Sophia, 29, Sistine, 27, and Scarlet, 23.
